Alaska Mountain Guides & our affiliates are seeking enthusiastic and professional applicants for a variety of positions, most positions are based in Skagway and Haines
Management
Our managers work in a leadership role for our organization, overseeing employees’ progress and implementing business strategies. Manager prerequisites include but are not limited to, skills and qualifications such as exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Admin
Our administrators perform clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently. Their duties include but are not limited to, answering phone calls, emails and, assisting in implementing strategies assigned by management.
Guide
Our entry-level guide positions work primarily with 1/2 day and 1-day adventures. These programs include kayaking, rafting, hiking, climbing & ziplining, and wildlife viewing/naturalist tours. Experienced guides are encouraged to apply for our multi-day, expedition programs.
Dedicated to developing competent, confident climbers.
