Make A Payment

Please call or email our office prior to placing your deposit to ensure that there is current availability on your trip or course of choice. Also, please read details on our registration page in regards to terms of payment and refund policies.

If you are placing a deposit, the required deposit amounts (in USD) are:

$500 or 25% of trip cost (whichever is less) for a single domestic* trip/course
$500 for a single international* trip/course
$500 for Alaska Yukon Discovery programs
$750 for a IWLS semester program (2-4 programs)
$1,500 for Chilkoot High Adventure Base troop reservations
$1,500 per individual for heliski reservations

$2,000 per individual for private bookings – unless otherwise noted

*Domestic trips are considered within United States and/or Canada. All other programs are considered international.

Please make sure to add a note when entering your credit card information to indicate the date and course your payment is for.

Invoice Payments: To make a payment on an invoice, please enter the dollar amount here, and then enter your invoice number in the notes field when you are entering your credit card information.
